Sherb Brown is the vice president and group publisher for BBM’s AutoGroup. Sherb has covered the auto industry for more than 20 years in various positions with Bobit Business Media and is actively involved in several auto industry associations including the Automotive Fleet and Leasing Association and the American Car Rental Association, American Automotive Leasing Association.
Sherb was also a cofounder of the International Automobile Remarketers Alliance.  He is also a current member of the General Motors Commercial Fleet Sounding Board and the Ford Fleet Advisory Board.

 

Ben K. Rosenbloom, Chief Marketing Officer

A graduate of Colgate University with a BA in Economics and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, Ben joined Marple Fleet Leasing in January 2013. He has extensive experience in the vehicle fleet business, having had responsibility for the planning, purchase negotiations, acquisition and disposal of Alamo Rent-A-Car’s rental fleet, where he was employed as an executive director from 1980 to 1995.
As a Thrifty Car Rental franchisee from 1995 through 2001, he managed both wholesale and retail vehicle sales operations, in addition to fleet purchasing and financing. More recently, Ben was chief operating officer at Acme Auto Leasing, North Haven, CT. Ben’s primary involvement at Marple is in areas of pricing, manufacturer negotiations, government contracts, and commercial and rental fleet lease marketing.
 

Michael L. Bessette
Director of Fleet Operations
Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC
Mike Bessette is Director of Fleet Operations for Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC.
He is responsible for overseeing Southeast Toyota’s fleet distribution processes, fleet sales to rental companies, commercial accounts & government agencies and the administration of Toyota’s dealer focused rental program in the five states (FL, GA, AL, NC, SC ) that comprise the Southeast Region.
Prior to joining to Southeast Toyota, Mike helped start-up the first authorized Harley-Davidson Rental Operation with American Road Collection, a marketing joint venture with Budget Rent a Car and Harley-Davidson. Additionally, Mike has held a variety of positions with Budget Rent-A-Car and started his rental career with the Hertz Corp in Boston.
Mike is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Ma., earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration, holds a Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and is a member of Phi Kappa Phi.
He resides in West Palm Beach with his beautiful wife Jean, daughter Elizabeth and two dogs.
